You have never seen the villa, you do not speak the language, and the birthday is four days after you land. This is the exact sequence that works.
To plan a kids party in Bali from abroad: send the villa listing link and the child's age over WhatsApp, get an itemised written quote within 24 hours, pay 50% to hold the date, and pay the balance the day before the party, once the decor is standing. Two to four weeks is enough lead time.
The sequence, in order
- Message on WhatsApp with three things: the child's age, roughly how many children, and what they are obsessed with. That is genuinely all that is needed to start.
- Send the villa listing link, or a few photographs of the space. The layout gets planned from that.
- Receive an itemised quote — every item, one number at the bottom — usually within 24 hours.
- Pay 50% only once you are happy with the whole written list. It holds the date.
- Land, enjoy your holiday, and pay the balance the day before the party, after the decor is built and you have seen it.
You do not need to have seen the villa
Almost none of our clients have. A listing link is enough: after years of Bali villas we know how a garden of that shape behaves, where the sun lands at 4pm, and where the balloon arch has to go so that it does not end up in the pool.
The time-zone problem, solved
Bali is UTC+8 — the same clock as Singapore and Perth, two hours behind Sydney, seven ahead of London, two and a half ahead of Delhi. In practice, everything happens on WhatsApp and nothing needs a scheduled call. We reply within about ten minutes during Bali daytime.
What to send us to get an accurate quote first time
- The date, and the rough start time you want.
- The child's age on the day.
- How many children, and how many adults.
- The villa listing link, or the area if you have not booked yet.
- The theme, or just what they are into — we will suggest the theme.
- Any allergies. In writing, so we can brief the cake against them.
