What a kids party in Bali really costs, line by line
Every component, with a real 2026 price against it: entertainers, shows, cakes, bounce castles, face painting, food corners. The numbers nobody on this island publishes.
A kids party in Bali costs IDR 5M–13.6M ($305–$830) as a complete package. Built from individual components: an entertainer is from IDR 1.8M/hour, a show IDR 2.5–4.5M, a custom cake from IDR 650K/kg, a bounce castle IDR 1.5–2.5M, face painting IDR 800K/hour.
The component prices, published
Here is our actual 2026 price list for the parts of a party. We publish it because almost nobody here does, and because a parent who can see the parts can tell whether a package price is fair.

Why a package is cheaper than the parts
Add the parts a typical party actually needs — a host for three hours, a character, decor, a photo zone, a cake, a show — and you are past IDR 9M before anybody has set anything up or cleaned anything away. Our Signature package covers that same party, plus a coordinator, plus the build and the pack-down, from IDR 9.3M.
That is not a discount trick. It is because we own our own equipment rather than renting it from a third party and adding a margin — which is also why our decor does not arrive looking like somebody else's leftovers.
Where families overspend
- Buying a show for a child too young to enjoy it. Under four, a bubble show beats a IDR 4.5M foam show every time.
- Paying for a bigger package than the guest list needs. Ten children do not need a 30-child package.
- Adding a photographer to a party where nobody will look at the photos — and skipping one at a first birthday, where the photographs are the only thing that survives the day.
